When you are ready to come and see for yourself, you can join us on a Viewing Visit Programme, which will be tailor-made just for you, and will include complimentary private airport transfers and a designated customer care agent to personally drive you to your pre-selected properties.

We suggest a 3-4 day visit, during which you will have the undivided attention of one of our experienced multi-lingual property consultants.

Based on your particular requirements, we would prepare a pre-selected and pre-arranged visit programme to show you a portfolio of those properties which match your own selection criteria.

During your visit, apart from viewing properties, you will also have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the different areas and local facilities and attractions. You will be able to talk with an experienced property lawyer and, if you wish to discuss local mortgage finance, we can introduce you to a suitable broker or bank.

The programme will be full and well structured and will be organised to suit your stated requirements, whilst leaving you sufficient time to get to know the area and to enjoy some of what Spain's sunshine coast has to offer. 

In order to maximise your time and to allow you to visit as many properties as you may wish, we recommend you travel by a scheduled flight, and not with a chartered airline.  If you would like us to recommend some scheduled airlines, then please refer to the Useful Links section of this website.  Please note: due to the IATA regulations governing airline carriers, you will be responsible for booking and paying for your own flights. 

We also want you to have as much freedom as possible to choose when you visit and where you stay, with no pressure from us, so we will leave it up to you to book your own flights and accommodation.  If you would however, like us to recommend and advise you on flights and hotels, we are more than happy to help as we have special discount arrangements with several hotels in the area.
